Banner problems on HPFF...please only answer if you know what I'm talking ab

Question:well I have this story on HPFF (harry potter fan fiction) and I tried to put a banner up for it, but it didn't work. How I was told to do was like this

I tried that, and when I summited the story, the summary came up and in that, which is where your supposed to put the banner, well actually it's above it but it's in the same little box thing, it showed up as this

instead of showing up the image.
I don't know why it's not working. If you can help, that would be greatly apprecated!! Thanks in advance!!
