work out
burn a CD for a friend
write a poem
take pictures of all your favorite outfits
read a book
go for a walk
call somebodt you haven't talked to in a while The first thing you can do is to learn how to spell and learn how to use the spell checker. How about entering a spelling bee? A trip to the library?
Voluteer your time to an organization who needs it, just don't spell anything for them! well, I know a couple 20 year olds at the va hospital who lost their legs in iraq. They are charming and would love to have a little help, both are girls.
Every VA hospital has people no one has ever visited.
My friend, a navy seal took a round in the face and has trouble cleaning his apartment. He is almost blind.
If you are anti-veteran there are lots of old people who could use someone to read to them once a week.
Kids too, lots of them need the help of a tutor.
I have been volunteering now I guess since I left college, never bored, always something interesting helping
others.
When you have a disability, like mine especially, some people act like you have a mental disorder and treat you like you're stupid or want to grab their daughters.
After seeing some of these moms, hearing them talk, or bleet, might work better, believe me i don't want anything to do with their daughters. Cause they are gonna be just like mommy.
On the other hand there are so many good people that jump to help, even when you don't need it, it is a very humbling thing. Those little things mean so much, even though I may not show I appreciate it. Holding up a line in a super market
will get a lot of hostility and nasty comments to the average person, but if you are chairbound or using chrome forearm crutches, they go out of their way to help. And they feel good, too.

So if you want ot feel good, get out of the bordom gear and be super appreciated, step up and volunteer.
Who knows? It might lead you to your life's work.
Thanks and God bless.
