Do what the famous do, be a patron of the Arts, charity organization, name a wing of a medical hospital or research facility. Anything that will make people recognize your name will do it.
Spartawo... Get plastic surgery if you need it. Buy tickets to red carpet events and show up wearing Gucci. Convince some celebrity to have sex with you and video tape. Leak the tape to some porn site. You are now officially a celebrity. I have a pretty basic lifestyle, so I would put the money in a place where I could comfortably use the interest to pay my bills and living expenses while I wrote the two or three books I have in my head. Just by having is a good start the media attention that it attracts use that to get more attention.
