This is the link to that particular show. They do not give the website and there are many people asking about it. I'm a big fan of photo retouching! I use Adobe Photoshop - but it's an expensive, complex program - and there are certainly some more affordable options out there. I did a web-search, and it looks like three programs for photo retouching may have been mentioned on the Tyra Banks show this month (9/17). They are:

iPhoto (Mac OS only)
Photoshop Elements
GIMP

GIMP, despite the strange-sounding name, is a free, open-source application that you can download here:

I haven't used it much - but I can tell you that it will probably take some time to learn. iPhoto, on the other hand, is probably the easiest for a new user to pick-up. I've not used it at all - but Apple is always good at making programs dead-simple.

Another option might be Picassa. It has a few photo touch-up features - and it's easy to use. (Predominately a photo sharing program, though.)

Also, keep in mind that Adobe should be coming out with a web-based version of Photoshop soon. I expect that it will be pretty easy to use, though it may not have a lot of features right at launch.

Hope this helps!
