slf My better half! Dont't know what i would be without her. Continuation of excellent health based on regimen I perfected. Health and happiness of my family Keeping myself fit so I can have the time needed to work with the four young grandchildren whose father works 12 hour night shifts. Help them become responsible, respectful young adults with a thirst for knowledge. that i m not bad boy My family and my friends who are important at every moment of my life.
