Can dark poetry rhyme?

I write poetry that my friend says IS dark peoetry.

But is it still considered dark poetry if it rhymes?Because ALL of my poetry rhymes.

Yes, it can rhyme, but I think you should forget about it if it means trying too hard. If it flows naturally and still sounds deep with a rhyme then it can improve the poem. But, if it doesn't fit in with the poem or sound right then don't bother, it will ruin it.
