Yearbook theme/spin-off help?

Hey everyone. I'm sort of panicing right now because I was appointed editor-in-cheif for the yearbook next year at my school. Right now we are trying to come up with a theme within the boundries of "change" because our school is going through a bunch of changes beginning next year. So basically, I'm looking for a clever way to put that as a theme and some catchy spin-offs for division pages [:
