Kindly suggest me the tips for a good and a convincing presentation. I am a bit shy and at time despite the fact I know anout the subject I loose confidence in front of audience.

Hi, I really feel for you because I have been in a similar situation. May I suggest that you:
(1) Ensure that you have gathered all the facts.
(2) Practice on family/friends first.
(3) Have handouts for your audience (this helps them to follow your presentation and also gives them chance to catch up later).
(4) Don't be afraid to use 'cue cards' with key words on them (this will help you to keep focused on what you're saying.
(5) Be prepared for questions from your audience.
(6) Try to make it informative, interesting and keep to a time limit.
