Has every state at one time had the woman representing the state win the title at least once?

According to the list on Answers.com..and after going through the list myself there are several states that have never had a winner

Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, N.H., N.J., North Dakota, Oklahoma,Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Wyoming have never had winners (don't be surprised if I missed a state as I was going through the list checking them off lol)
