This is going to be difficult for anyone to accomplish who isn't familiar with that bridge. I'd suggest reading a bit about the bridge and getting out your thesaurus.

Acrostics are devilishly simple to write. I'm sure if you give it a go, you'll be able to pull it off.

It's pretty likely that there's no one else who'd be able to help you with this, other than yourself. So, simply set down with your history of the bridge, put yourself on the bridge looking off into the distance and imagine what you might see, what you might hear, and what you might feel.

Look through your thesaurus to get a good start.

Vexation, Vicarious, Vicar, Voluminous, Volume, Vans, Vain, Vane, Vein, Vexatious

Vexatious I wantonly wonder
