Firstly you know the goals,activities of the company. Eg.if it deals marketing .You study about the market trend,other copetitive suppliers and the activites. In a consumer market,each and every consumer is the king.Their trends depends upon the market.

After the marketing study you give much emphasis on frame the policies and procedures. Give vide publicity about the firm among the public.For this your subordiantes assitance is highly essential.Subordiantes support is the backbone of each and every firm.
