Scratchy throat When singing. help please?

Question:

Scratchy throat When singing. help please?

When i sing fairly high i get a scratchy feeling on the back of my throat at a certain note. how can i prevent this/improve my vocal skills where it doesn't happen. Note that i have to sing in 2 days at 4am. Advice would be appreciated

maybe try singing lower then like say solami or something. LOL!!!
