Help me please! i need to write a personification poem due tommorow and i have no idea how to do it!?

here's wat i need to write:

I saw (emotion that represents a person) clearly.
He was (The persons body type).
He turned and (way the person moves).
I saw his (the persons coloring EX: hair, eyes, etc).
And Heard him (way the person speaks).
And i felt (way the person makes you feel).

i really need help. you can help me by filling in what is in parethesis. THANK YOU

He was frail
He turned and swayed
I saw his blue eyes
And I heard him whimper
And I felt depressed.
