I ordered a print and the paper is distorted. How do you fix it?

I recently ordered 2 large prints (21x36) from Disney Delivears, and when I recieved them, one of them had a slightly "bumpy" texture to it. The paper its on is all wavy, It's like when you print a picture on regular copy paper, but the picture is so INK-heavy that it makes the paper bumpy and wavy. The picture on the paper is completely fine, though.... its just the paper. So I have two options:I either exchange the print OR (a preferable way) I fix it myself. I plan on getting it custom framed, so would that take out the bumps? What's my best option?? If I'm to vague, don't hesitate to comment and i will try to clear things up. thanks for any help!

You could try covering it with a towel and ironing it with a dry iron. Carefully.
