There aren't any elements in time . It is a concept. We use the idea of time to explain things like speed, but time is a man made concept.

E=MC2 is possibly the most famous formula in the world. The thing that makes it so powerful is "C" . The Constant of the speed of light in kilometers per hour, times itself. A huge number to explain a bit of time.

It is very possible that all things are happening all the time. We have just selected out a series of events to experience and call it life.
