Does anyone remember a poem in late 60s to early 70s called Trapalanda's Fields?

This poem appeared in 'Pony' magazine at some point in this era. It's about a place where horses are supposed to go when they die - a sort of horsey heaven. I can't remember the name of the writer and 'Pony' magazine can't help. All research thus far has proven fruitless.
