Question:

Is it correct to say "help in the programme" or "help with the programme"?

English is not my first language...

Context is important in deciding what would be correct. For example, when writing to a person who creates Grant Proposals, you would say, "We could really use your help with the program financing".
If you are talking to someone who wrote a really stupid song with discordant music, which they want you to use in your play on Broadway, you would say, "I'm sorry but we really don't need your help in the program where the musical selections are concerned."
Is this clear?
I hope it was helpful.
