Help on inderstanding a short poem I found outside next to a trash bin?

Up and down,
again behind the counter.
in and out,
casual talk,
money exchange.
the old, slow in their movment,
"you see this is wheree you are".
radio on on,
the static reminding me of where I am,
to cut off of stability = exposing us.
another breeze through the door,
cleaning, rearranging the dust.
ah, thats where I am.

No idea.. it probably only has meaning to the person that wrote it, and even they recognized it as trash.
