By all accounts available, Tulu, is still a spoken language. Authors, have adopted the Kannada script, since large part of Tulunadu is now in the State of Karnataka. Those in the adjoining Kerala have adopted the Malayalam script, which is slightly better in expressing the subtle phonemes of Tulu.
So, it is regretted that I can not concede your request.
