Dr. Larry Fishel is the President of Associated Mental Health Specialists in Towson, Bel Air and Essex, MD. In addition to his general practice, Dr. Fishel created the Grief Support Training Program for the Airline Pilots Association. He also serves as the Mental Health Consultant for ALPA. His duties have included providing direct service on 9/11 and airline accidents, layoffs, near misses, disruptive passengers, simulator failures, traumatic loss and other mental health related services. |
