I sincerely believe so. The world is becoming smaller and smaller as we improve our technology. India is able to provide quality labor force at a very competitive price. Back end office functions demand intensive labor which are mostly clerical, repetitive, and output oriented in nature. Profits are being cut by huge demands in customer care. It is very likely that these companies will cut their back end office costs and expenditures to somehow compensate for the money they spend in customer care.
