Would I make a good treasurer 4 student council? Speech ideas (w/ a little of humor, but serious)?

I have a scence of humor.
I am fun and cool.
I have a lot of friends, but I am not that good at math.
I will work on my math skills.
I am VERY committed.
will I be a good canidate?

Can you also help me w/ speech ideas....

I have one question: Why are you running for Treasurer if your math skills aren't that great? If you have a lot of friends and you feel that you represent your peers well why not run for President?
