aside from wikipedia's definition, in my opinion, discipline is somewhat like a program in ur brain that enables u to control urself. In addition to this, discipline is, for me, one of the foundation of one person's moral conduct.

For example, u want to go on a diet but u couldnt resist the mochafrapp with extra whip cream and giant cookie from starbucks. Its something like that.
