how can i learn swedish fast in 2 to 3 weeks,and what are the right steps?i found some difficulty in this language,so how i start learning?

I have heard good things about this company (linked below). I worked for a Swedish company...the language is difficult. It can take several months of class time to get a good understanding of the language.
