I can't find any store that sells this particular t-shirt, but I have a recommendation for you. There are many websites that allow you to create various items, including t-shirts, with a logo you design yourself. You then have the option of selling these items and the websites take a large cut of the profit. It's free to do this.

You could create the logo in Paint or whatever graphics software you own, register an account, upload the image, and then sell yourself the t-shirt.
