Do you have to be a certain age to attend the Marine Corps birthday ball?

Do you have to be 21, or can you be 18 as well? I mean, a lot of Marines are 18.

Yes you can be 18. I was 19 when I went to my first one with my Marine boyfriend. I know there were many 18 year old Marines there, and I think one of them even had a 17 year old date.
