On occassion - and usually when I wear less expensive, closed toe shoes. I think it's because in a less expensive shoe, the leather isn't the same quality as a more expensive shoe and doesn't "breathe" well - therefore trapping heat in. YES, it bothers me very much, so I hardly ever wear those shoes. HOWEVER, they are cute shoes and go very well with a couple of outfits I have, so when I do wear them, I put foot powder or Baby Powder in them (just sprinkle it in) - and that helps, but it's still not perfect.
