Question:

New poem "MOUTHPIECE"?

treat the club like red carpet and a iron curtain
tell the truth through my teeth even when i ain't certain
blush on the cheeks of a lady friend
flirt indirectly with my 80's grin
complexion of aged top shelf cognac
XO status when i sit i lean back
foot game ostrich...shirt game silk
mouth game crucial 'cause now im at the tilt
she is aware that i be doing my thang
but she gased up like some dune methane
thong to the side...*** up face down
to reduce sound...cover face with goose down
sun is up now i'm gone like the wind
delete her contact 'cause it's a one night event
plus i feel guilty for the things i just did
...it ain't my fault i was cursed with a gift
mouthpiece that was designed to uplift
and not to be used to get dome and hit hips
but it's hard when the world is filled with honey dips
who gravitate to those who only give a sip
of a great body of knowledge that leaks through out they lips

I found myself trying to figure out the ...*** up face down!
Quite a complex poem.
Wonder what you mean by "it ain't my fault i was cursed with a gift /mouthpiece that was designed to uplift"!!
So whats the question or just sharing?
My take is that it's about some regrettable deeds and words uttered that the fills the speaker with guilt since " i feel guilty for the things i just did."
