first, believe in yourself and your abilities, then have confidence in those two. fourth, listen to your heart rather than your head. fifth, trust your instincts when in doubt. sixth loosen up, be genuine with your feelings while shunning hypocrisy. lastly and least (never add the tired overused, 'but not least'), yes,....last and least hearken to that small voice inside you constantly re-affirming that you are your own small mystery !!!
