What do you look for and/or expect from hand dyed, hand spun yarn?

When purchasing hand dyed ~ hand spun yarn, what are the most important aspects that will make you go ahead and decide to purchase that yarn? I am a fiber artist and I also create yarn. I'd like to know what kinds of things you are looking for when you are shopping for your yarns. Maybe I can create that! Thank you!
