Decade project?

I have to do create a poster on a certian decade and a certian topic like 80's music. or 70's movies or 60's hair, etc. So I need to know what decade I should do and what should the topic be?

Why don't you pick something that you are interested in now, and have a look at it from an historical perspective? But I would certainly have a go at 80s music, lots of potential with the "new Romantics" like Spandau Ballet and Tears for Fears... Or you could have a look at 60s fashion..
