A local film maker wants to do a documentary about what I'm attempting to do... I don't know anything about documentaries... I don't know what I should ask or even know before I meet with him... Please Help.

What's to know? Just talk with him and see what's on his mind. You don't have to commit to anything right away, after all, and it sounds like some free publicity.

Anyway, don't get talked into spending any money! You are raising it and presumably for a reputable non-profit.
