Resort and hotel management is by and large the bulk of work for Hospitality management-specialized people. Be prepared to work long hours with a ceiling on pay of no more than 100k you'll hit at about 50 if you begin working in your early 20s.

Its a profession where natural people skills and the ability to smile when spit at is a necessity. Somewhat thankless and by no means for the faint of heart.
