Does any one have tips for composing?

Does any one have tips for composing?

Im grade 5 - trinity guild hall but still I find it hard to really compose music any ways to overcome this?

Well, obviously you have to start with sounds.
Instrumental (incl. not musical instruments), vocal, anything.
Then, if you made good progress, you can start with rhythm.

The rest is inspiration, and inspiration is divine.
