Question:

How do you describe colours to someone who was born blind?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:

I would use their ability to see by touch and make sure I use descriptive examples for each color.

Red = As beautiful as cherries bright that are just picked and ready to be eaten.
Blue = Skyline painted in a shade of ocean beauty with no clouds
Yellow = A warmth only felt by the bright sun and the taste of mustard on a hot dog or sandwich
Black = A still, calm enveloping hue where there is no beginning or end until a light breaches the essence of it all.
