Who are the best graphic humourists in the world?

I like to read intelligent graphic humour (for example Peanuts by Schultz or Mafalda by Quino). I'd like to know other good humourists, like those 2 examples. I know some other excelent examples of Argentina (Caloi, Maitena, Sendra, Fontanarrosa), and I'd like to know good examples from another countries all around the world.

Tom Toles a political cartoonist for the Wasington Post. Also, Garry Trudeau who writes the Doonsbury cimic strip is also an excellent example
