How do I get my pics bak on my memory card after being deleted??? HELP!?

ok...so I had my camera hooked up to the computer thru my usb cable and I accidentally deleted one of the files on my computer that had the pictures in it.....I had already saved those pics on my computer...but it deleted them from my memory card! Is there anyway I can get the pictures back on my memory card that were deleted? like can i get them from the computer to the card?? And they are not in the recycle bin...I checked....I just need to get them from the computer back onto the card.....PLEASE HELP!

And also....if I copy the pics from my computer to cd (these are the pics that are no longer on the card) can I take that cd to walmart and still develop the pics or no?

Try attaching the camera to you computer and once it is picked up open it up in my computer then in another window open the file that has your pictures and simply copy and paste it you your camera's memory card.
