According to a Google search, he does not exist. But Google has been know to be wrong. Whoever this person is, he is not famous and has never had his name in the paper or participated in a competition of any sort. So he would probably be an everyday guy who lives a normal life. If he exists. If the name just popped into your head, it might be possible that you created the character as a conglomeration of book, movie, music, entertainment, and celebrity characters. Or maybe you went to elementary school with him.
