Please help! What is it called when..?

Okay, there is this trick my coach taught me. It deals with 2 people. One person has their arms straight down at their side and the other is on their knees. The one knelt down extends his arm to where it touches the other persons. Then the person standing pushes his arms up while the other pushes in. When they drop (or let go) The person standings arms magically fly up. This will also work if you push against a wall then drop your arms. My coach tried it on me. Now I REALLY want to know what it would be classified under??
