What works for me when I need a specific stencil is I will either draw or find a picture and trace a basic shape from it. next I will place that picture or drawing under glass then place heavy acetate(some type of plastic to be the stencil they sell it in many craft stores) and cut the desired shape with my stencil burner(also sold in many craft and hobby shops).

or you could just stop in a craft and hobby shop and tell them you wish to create your own stencils and they sould be more than willing to help.
