Question:

Looking for hallmark - four leaf clover with 3cl cannot read stamp below it belongs on a little silver jug?

Little jug about five centimeter high and 7 centimeters from top of handle to tip of edge of lip.

think its silver goes black and cleans up but not sure?

Under the four leaf clover it has 3 c1.
with a round stamp underneath but small cannot read this

I've looked in my reference book of silver hallmarks, and can't find anything with a 4 leaf clover. I thought it might have been a Dublin mark, but no luck.
