How do i fix my t.u.k creeper D ring ?

Ok i was putting on my creepers and i pulled the lace too hard and the d ring came off, is there like any way to fix it ? the stiching from the inside came off and i cant sew it cause the leather is hard to punch trough, any special hard glue or something to fix this problem ?
