I need a chart of the double staff for the piano?

Question:

I need a chart of the double staff for the piano?

I need a chart that labels each note on the staff because the notes for the right hand correspond with my knowledge of the staff. But as far the left hand every note seems to be shifted two times to the right.

Just think of this: They call it "middle C" because it's the ledger line between the top of the bass clef staff and the bottom of the treble cleff staff. It was such a lightbulb for me when I figured that out. =)
