I need ideas for my art project. Can you plz help?

I have to make a set of 3 bracelets using 4 items for each one . It cannot be all beads and has to have unique materials used. We can use stuff like leaves, stones, ribbon, shells etc. no food items like macaroni or beans or anything. Thank you.

how about small polished stones which can be truly beautiful. You can get these in any good craft shop and 'findings' which can be stuck on so you can link them together.
Or
embroider a slogan on a ribbon
Or
press leaves and laminate leaves - then cut to whatever shape or design you want
Or
use wood shavings wound around a wire
Or acorns
Or chyrstals or sparkly stars/shapes laminated and cut up.
