Question:

1980s British Children's Art and Craft TV Show?

Hi
I'm looking for the title of a 1980s British art and craft television programme. It was shown in Singapore about that time as well. It was hosted by the same man (he was in his 40s) and it shows him moving around a studio doing cool things with simple art n craft materials. Then there would be a segment where he goes outdoors and paints the ground with a paint-trolley. And besides that, the most memorable segment would be him showcasing some beautiful artwork, while the Deer Hunter soundtrack music was being played in the background.
I'm really nostalgic now and I need to know the title of this TV show desperately.
Would there be online clips of this show? Pls help.

Hi

I think that would be Vision On. The guy's name was Tony Hart.

It was originally devised as a programme for deaf kids but was put out on BBC1 during children's hour so was really a mainstream programme.

I know that Tony Hart did another programme called Take Hart.

For clips of the shows you should try the BBC website or if you type Vision On into search engine it will take you to the website
