Why i am too scared to express myself??

I always have ideas of expressing myself
an i love writting and arts
but when i want to wirte them out in storys or poems, and also in drawing them
i just cant

also when i want to help people out i am just to scared of what will thell think about me
or i just cant do it

or if i am at school and i have a school project on writting
and i give out ideas i just get to embarresed
or i just shut up myself

any help??

umm i do believe in god
but i am not that religious

You sound like a very sweet person., You are modest and like almost everyone I know, you are afraid of rejection. If I could tell you just one thing it would be that it's only difficult to share your gifts of art and writing the first time. Not everyone has the same taste in art and so not everyone will like what you do. The alternative is to keep your talent to yourself. In some ways this is selfish because God gives us special gifts to share with others. I am an art teacher with a master's in art. I would be happy to look at your work with the intention of helping you if you desire. Otherwise, please show your work to someone who is honest and trustworthy. Remember that you are the final judge where your own work is concerned but a wise artist expects to grow from constructive criticism. Best wishes to you as you grow in your artistic pursuits
