lower east sides, way down in stuyvesant area, people don't seem to care about their place they just throw and litter the whole place same as most of harlem area, this is not being prejudiced but why is that??? pls. don't take it against me it i may say so but if the city is not giving you the place enough services as far as cleaning is concerned is it not the duty of each and every one to keep the frontage and area as clean as they can be instead of helping in keeping it dirtier.
