What are some good art colleges?

yeah, I'm really interested in concept art, but I'm still open as to which art career specifically. I live in Southern Wisconsin and my requirements are they must accept AP credits and they have to be not too expensive or if they are they should have some sort of scholarship or financial aid programs. ALso I would love to go to an "Ivy League" or prominent art school.
