Mind bender...rare glass jug?

okay this is for serious answears only!!!!!! give me a stupid answear and i will rate it as such....i have in my possession a glass jug, it looks like a wooden keg was used and hot molten glass was poured over it, there is a date of 1931 an arrown with a circle in it and a # of 125 in the bottom of the jar...now mind you ive spoken to several antique dealers and they are stumped...i have pics and will send them to the person who is serious about getting the 10 points...send me an e-mail where i can send you a pic and hopefully i can get this mystery solved.....again serious inquirys only!!!!!!...dont send me stupid answears to get the 2 points...as i said i will rate them

dark angel...i tried to e-mail you...go in and send me your e-mail addy and ill send you pic of jug....i found this jug 20 some odd years ago in a basement in upstate ny buried in coal, i think the coal prevented it from getting broke...as u can see its perfect,,,(for those who got the pics)

honestly i love antiques and the only webby i can think of would be like the antiques roadshow website---they used to have one---but it sounds like late 1800's -----maybe irish....where did you get it? thats very interesting as ive never heard of anything like it----
