Question:

Name me some contemporary buildings in the last 10 years with an innovative use of space/levels/stairs.?

I need to know what contemporary dwellings(homes) have been built in tight/awkward spaces which have an interesting use of stairs. Preferably with a lot of material available on the subject. An example is the Hauer King House in London, but the book is out of print and i cannot afford ⣱00 to buy it!
